difficulties. We get that. Once that happens we can provide a quick stock-take assessment, develop a recovery plan and even lead the recovery process. 
 
Our capabilities are: 
  • Rapid stock take – involving reading material that you gave us, running same confidential 1-1 information-gathering sessions and possibly organising some assessment workshops. A stock-take usually just takes a few days of our time and we deliver an assessment report on the last day of fieldwork. This rapidly gives you independent insight with our communications for recovery.
  • Recovery planning – we work with you, again working at pace, to establish a practical plan to re-set the programme and get it back on track. This may involve some tough chores about tuning, scope, funding and resourcing and we will facilitate solutions within those balanced objectives.
  • Support – if you want, we can provide enduring oversight and support as the recovery gets underway. This can range from light-touch to hands-on.
  • Project close – depending on the circumstances, it may be necessary to close out a troubled programme easily. We can help facilitate that decision and manage the process too.
